Leadership Round

Residence Hall Move-In & Orientation for Formal Recruitment Participants

Orientation will be held from 7PM-9PM in Conservation Auditorium

**Formal Recruitment Orientation is mandatory for Formal Recruitment Participants only. 

Thursday, August 15 

Brotherhood Round

Check-in with Rho Gammas is 9AM-9:30AM

First half of the IFC Expo will be held from 10:00AM-12:00PM

Second Half of the IFC Expo will be held from 1:30PM-3:30PM

IFC Late Night will be held from 6:00PM-8:00PM 

**Top 8 selections must be submitted by 9:45PM or PNM's may be removed from formal recruitment.

Friday, August 16 

Scholarship Round

Check-in with Rho Gammas is 7:30AM

First half of chapter house visits will be held from 8:15AM-9:30AM

Scheduled break for academic day is 10:00AM-2:00PM

Second half of chapter house visits will be held from 2:15PM-8:15PM

**Top 8 selections must be submitted by 9:45PM or PNM's may be removed from formal recruitment.

Friday, August 17 

Service Round

Check-in with Rho Gammas is 9:00AM

Chapter house visits will be from 9:45AM-5:00PM

Ending meeting in Conservation Auditorium will be held at 6:45PM

Sunday, August 18

Bid Day

Bid Day will be held at Conservation Auditorium at 11:00AM
